Welcome to Sun Spirit Yoga. By purchasing a gift certificate from www.sunspirityoga.com.au, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1. Gift certificates are issued by Sun Spirit Yoga and are redeemable only for services provided by Sun Spirit Yoga.

1.2. Gift certificates are available in denominations as listed on the certificate and are non-negotiable for cash.

2. Purchasing Gift Certificates

2.1. Gift certificates can be purchased exclusively in person or through contacting us via our website www.sunspirityoga.com.au.

2.2. By completing the purchase, you confirm that the information provided, including the recipient’s details, is accurate and complete.

3. Redemption

3.1. Gift certificates can be redeemed only for classes, workshops, or sessions offered by Sun Spirit Yoga.

3.2. Redemption must occur by the expiration date stated on the gift certificate.

3.3. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Validity and Expiry

4.1. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Any remaining balance on the gift certificate after the expiry date will be forfeited.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

5.1. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.2. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates will not be replaced.

5.3. If the value of the services exceeds the amount on the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by the recipient at the time of redemption.

6. Cancellation Policy**

6.1. Redemption of gift certificates for specific sessions or classes is subject to the cancellation policy of Sun Spirit Yoga. Cancellation or rescheduling must adhere to our standard terms, available on our website.

6.2. In case of class or session cancellation by Sun Spirit Yoga, the redeemed amount will remain valid for future use within the original validity period.

7. Misuse of Gift Certificates**

7.1. Sun Spirit Yoga reserves the right to void any gift certificate in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications

8.1. Sun Spirit Yoga reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
